Our client, a boutique market research and consulting firm headquartered in Central London, is looking to add a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Field Recruitment Coordinator  to join their rapidly growing team and support their qualitative project planning. As a Field Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting both healthcare professionals and patients for in-depth qualitative interviews. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with healthcare professionals, screen potential candidates, and facilitate the interview process to ensure the selection of high-quality participants for qualitative research studies. This position requires exceptional communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

  • The role requires constant interaction with project teams to discuss recruitment needs hence the candidate will be asked to come to the office in Holborn on a regular basis. However following the onboarding process a hybrid working arrangement can be reached.
  • As a part-time role, we would expect the candidate to work 4h/day for 5 days per week (negotiable)
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, particularly sourcing healthcare professionals and patients through LinkedIn, Google searches, and other social media channels.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough assessments of potential candidates, including initial correspondence to determine their suitability based on project and client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients, fostering trust. Effectively communicate the benefits of participating in qualitative interviews to encourage repeat participation.
  • Interview Facilitation: Coordinate and schedule interviews with selected candidates, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Participant Management: Manage contact databases and track participant progress throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates to the research team.
  • Collaborate with Research Team: Work closely with the research team to understand project requirements, participant profiles, and project timelines, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Trends tracking: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment, continuously improving recruitment strategies to attract high-quality participants.
  • Contact database: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and other relevant data using appropriate tools or software.
  • Compliance: Adhere to ethical guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role, preferably within the qualitative research and/or healthcare fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies and an understanding of the research process is a plus.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools/software is a plus.
  • Working proficiency in another language other than English (our client is particularly interested in German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Polish speakers) is a plus.
  • Interest in our client’s sectors of expertise (Healthcare and Cosmetics) is a plus.
